Can you believe it?

Woke up this morning to 24 degrees outside. I am SO ready for summer, I can't even tell you! LOL! Hope we didn't lose our fruit blooms.

We might have our old place sold. We are trying not to get too excited in case it doesn't work out. They are the cutest young couple, with a toddler and one on the way. They have been living in less that satisfactory arrangements and are just so tickled about our old place. I sure hope it works out for us all. Dh has decided to finance to them. The young man has a really great job, right now, but it's temp and they want something they can pay off quickly so that if he loses the job they still have a home.

Didn't get the rain we were expecting, once the percentage goes below 40, we usually don't get it.
