*note these are my thoughts and ramblings.*

First off I want to say that I feel like if you have not made the time to get out and vote in any other elections that your vote should not be counted this time.. I am sorry, but I do not care republican, democrate, black, white, yellow or green it does not matter. I believe that many people who got out and voted that had not made time to vote before did/do not care about human life and the principles which our Country was founded on, nor do they have much care if any about what God says.  God is for human life is the one whom was elected for Human life?? I mean when you boil down the soup what matters most is did we really think about how we were voting and what each man stood for??

I am praying for our country and for all of us.. We must remember to keep praying and in our own lives keep God first even when the man in charge does not.. If we let God be in control He will take care of us. Have Faith...

I was just sitting here typing and email to an old friend and all of a sudden I was typing the following...

Wow here it is Sunday evening.. The kids are home from their dad's and 2 of them are asleep... Jeremiah was asleep when he got here and Joslyn was so tired she put on her pj's and went to bed....

I got up and went to Church this morning and then came home made lunch and took a nap, then I had to run to town and came home made supper and have cleaned the house, washed the laundry and folded it so the kids can get it put away..

Tomorrow starts another week of classes.. WOOHOO.. This week is grocery week actually Tuesday is grocery day. I am pretty well stocked up on most everything so I am going to finish stocking up and then buy stuff baking for the Holidays. I am so excited about baking for the Holidays.. I am so excited for Christmas this year..

The kids and I are going to start making some Christmas Crafts next weekend and getting ready for Christmas.. If you have any easy Christmas Craft ideas that the kids might like please share them with me...

Saturday was a fun and lazy day..  I have been sick this week so I did sleep in late. My kids were with thier dad so I was able to get some rest and that was nice.. Then I got up got around and a couple of my friends and I decided to run to Jamesport the amish town near here and then to wal mart.. We had a good time.. I got my Christmas Cards printed yesterday while at wal mart so that is a good thing.. I am going to try to get them addressed and stamped this week and have them ready to go out by Thanksgiving....

I got home and did somethings around here and then I laid down and was going to watcha  movie, but instead I went to bed and went to sleep early.. Anyway I had a good day.. I bought some rice to make the little rice bags that you heat up and use for like your necks and such for Christmas.. I am working on getting my ideas together.. I have put together a started list of what I need to get for Christmas and I will be buying baking things when I go to the store this week..

Can't believe Christmas is coming and so darn quick as well.. I hope ya'll had a wonderful day..

Wow and when I say windy I mean windy.. A cold front is blowing in and it is getting cold as well.. The kids are outside playing and yet they are running around in thier coats and etc... I just made some spaghetti and I am getting ready to finish my speech that is due Tuesday..

I have a couple of errands to run in town in a bit and a little guy to take home. I am waiting for his mom to call and tell me she is ready to meet and then Jacob will be home after supper tonight.. He went to his friend Justice's b-day y'day and spent the night and they were going to mess around all day today and come home later..

Well Dj's mom just called so I guess I am headed to town to run my couple errands, drop him off and pick up something from my moms and then home again home again to work on my speech and my math stuff as well..

We are home from our trip.. Wow what a long day.. I am so tired.. I have stuff to but away, but I am resting and checking mail and etc... The kids had a good time and it did us good to get away for a little bit.. The kids had so much fun. The acted like they had not ever been to a hotel before which to be honest I am not sure that most of them had been..

We found many bargains today. To many to name at this moment.... LOL I did find Jacob a really nice and good Tommy coat for like 5 bucks and a like new polo sweater for 4 bucks.. I got Jordin some nice jeans and myself some dress pants. The girls found somethings.

I really thought the kids would sleep on the way home tonight, but I guess they wanted to make sure that I stayed awake because they were awake and talking and singing all the way home.. It was nice of them, but part of me wished they would go to sleep and let me have some peace.. LOL

Well I am going to bed, but will talk to you later..

Let's see I went to bed Saturday afternoon and slept pretty much till almsot 4 pm Sunday afternoon, so I guess you could say I was tired and needed my sleep.. I could not believe that I slept so long, but I sure felt good after all that..

I got up this am made the kids sausage, scrambled eggs and toast, folded a load of clothes and dried another along with getting everyone up and ready for school along with getting myself ready for school as well. It has been kinda a long day, but good..

Tomorrow I am going to spend that day at Poppa Charlie's Pumpkin Patch with Jeremiah and his class.. I am so excited and can't wait to do that..  He is excited as well. Please say a little prayer for him as he has not felt right for a couple of days, but is not really sick either.. Please also pray that it is not cold cold there tomorrow.. I am going to take pictures so I will share with you all ..

I am planning to bake some treats this week. My kids get out early on Thursday and have no school on Friday and as of now I don't think I am going to have school either and so that will be nice.. We are going to do something together...

Well I am tired and ready for bed..

Wow it is later than I thought it was and I am ready for bed, but I need to finish the laundry up before I can go to sleep..  I took a nap today and that was nice and much needed.. I had some time to myself and did some school stuff, took a nap then I read my book.. Wooohoo..

We had free lunch Wednesday again and I believe this just might have been the best one yet.. We had homemade Chicken and noodles with mashed taters, hot rolls and corn.. It was so yummo I could have eaten more.. That is my kinda meal.. I found out yesterday what they were serving today and I made sure I got there early...

I went out and started mowing the yard tonight and the lawnmower was acting weird and then it died so I quit for the night and thought I would tackle it tomorrow.. I need to get that done and weed eat...

I am getting everything done for my informative speech in speech class and I am looking forward to getting that all done. School is going pretty good... It is hard to believe that next week is mid-terms, but I am ready for it..

I have been stocking up on things for our family and doing some research on a few things that might help us out. Crunching some numbers and seeing all that I can figure out.. I know that I have things running through my mind and I am formulating a plan....

Well I think maybe the washer has finished up.. I need to get off here and get that stuff done and get to bed.. I hope that each of you is having a wonderful day and that you are blessed...

It is a bit after 10 and I planned to be in bed awhile ago, however I was baking cookies and cleaning up the kitchen... We had pork chops, corn casserole and mashed taters for supper.. Don't ask it was kinda kids pick the meal night.. LOL Of course Jeremiah wanted green beans, but did not tell me till to late to get them cooked.. He is so funny everynight just about he says hey mom can we have......... and I will say way it will say starts with Gre...................en and ends with beeeeeeeeeeeeannnnnnnnnnnnnnnns,,LOL He loves green beans. He is even learning to cook them...

Jill is the only one still up besides me and she is finishing her homework from where she missed yesterday due to dentist and most of today for another appointment.. She is almost done.. I myself am getting ready to go to bed as well.. You can tell the weather here has been crazy the kids were wild after school today.. LOL I was like what is the deal and so it took a bit of extra time to wind down and get to sleep.. It was raining and cold here this evening.. Tomorrow they go with their dad for a bit after school.. I always say boy I hope they act for you like they have acted for me and my ex always says well that is not very nice of you.. LOL I then say why should I be the only one to have this much fun.. LOL  Of course he has said the same thing a couple of times to be...

Good Morning everyone.. How are you doing?? I am doing great today.. The sun is shining and it is a beautiful fall day here.. I love watching the leaves change colors and the colors and smells of fall.. God is so awesome to bless us with this beauty..

4. Vaccum

5. trash

6. get kids stuff ready to go to their dad's

7. Hopefully bake something..

I am going home after-school and lighting my fall scented candles and getting busy I am going to be fall cleaning and getting rid of the summer stuff that no longer will fit by next summer and etc..

Where do you buy your ave candles at?? Are they priced good?? Candles are so darn awesome...

I have to get busy with my interview for speech as well as my informative speech..

I am so tired and ready for bed, but wanted to make a post on here before I went to bed.. The kids are all sleeping and all I hear right now is the sound of my fingers hitting the keyboard and my fan... It was the most beautiful day out today and I have just had a really good day....

I have been so blessed by going back to school.. I have met some new friends and be talking to some old friends.. We have a good time together. We know why we are there and we really are trying to learn something and I have to say what gets me the most is that we sit and listen, learn and ask questions and there are the ones who are straight out of high school who are always late, skipping, not taking notes just basically filling space in the room or the best is when you know they are bored or tired because they just drop off to sleep even when class is exciting.. I am begining to wonder are they just so smart they don't have to try or are they going to take another crack at it next semester?? All I have to say is if they are just that smart they need to rub off on me.. LOL

Well I better get off here 2 nights in a row up past my bedtime.. Hopefully I can get myself a nap tomorrow.. LOL ok I won't hold my breath for one, but if it happens I will be ever so thankful and grateful..

Gotta run look over my notes and go to bed.. We have a test in the morning..  Say a prayer...

What a wonderful beautiful day it is outside.. It is supposed to be close to 80 tonight so one of those wonderfully warm fall day. I have 2 classes this morning, then right after my first class I will go to the BSU (Baptist Student Union) where we college students can eat a free lunch served by local churches on Wednesdays's.. WOOHOO They usually have some wonderful food and the well the desserts are just yummo..

I have to study for a test tonight and get some homework done, the dishes, and some laundry. My ex-husband called me at 6:15ish this morning to tell me he wasn't going to be able to pick up the kids afterschool as planned. He had a run in with a deer in his truck and his wife has his van so anyway the kids were disappointed that he wasn't getting them when they got off the bus. We did however talk to him again before they got on the bus and he is going to try to work it out so that he is able to spend sometime with them this afternoon.

I had a big long post typed out and ready to post last night and cyberland just ate it all up.. LOL I was like hello please give it back, but no such luck.. So I just gave up and went to bed.. LOL I know have internet on at my house... WOOHOO and it is good.. I talked to an old friend for a very longtime last night and that was fun.. We are going to get together one of these nights when she is off and the kids are with their dad..

Jordin played his cousin who is 9 months older than him in school softball last night and they lost, however it was a really fun game to watch.. Kept us out later than I wanted, but we had fun and that is the main thing..

Well I guess I better get going and head on to class.. Since I have internet at home again I will be posting receipes soon.. Have a wonderful day.

Actually LOL I am waiting for the rain to slow so I can make it across campus to my car without getting soaked.. LOL It is pouring down rain and has been for a bit now.. I am like wowsers it is  so wet outside..

I have some errands to run and I want it to stop raining for like an hour at the most and all will be fine.. LOL

Again and I believe I heard on the radio this morning that it is supposed to be raining all weekend or at least most of the weekend.. I guess that Jordin's ballgames will get rained out so therefore I am going to be at home working on some things that I have to do there that need to be done.. I am also starting some Christmas projects and getting my ideas all written down so I know what I have to do and what I need to accomplish my goals for this Christmas....

My oldest daughter Jill is having a couple friends over to spend the night and my youngest daughter is going home with a friend and Jacob wants to have a friend over and my youngest son wants to stay with his friend.. we will see how all that works out for us.. LOL

Today is grocery day.. WOOHOO.. I am so excited.. I am finally getting back on my menu plan and have my grocery list all made out.. I am so excited.. You just don't know how excited.. So I want to ask you to all who read this send me your fave reciepe for fall.... The kids and I love to make things together and so we are looking for new things to try out as well...

I am headed to the grocery when I get out of class at noon thirty so I can be done with our Once a Month BIG shopping trip and get home so the kids can help unload when they get off the bus right before homeowork......

Well anyway I am going to try to make one of the kids fave meals tonight for supper and I am sure that they are going to be really really happy and we are going to make a snack together after school as well..

It has been raining most of the week now and so once again everything in North Missouri is wet and soggy again.. :) I am not complaining I am just stating a fact.. LOL Jordin's ballgame was called Tuesday due to the rain and it looks as if tonighs game will also be called off due to the rain... That is too bad, but we will make them up....

Well this morning in microbiology we had a quiz.. It was a practice test and it went ok.. I am telling you this class is tough.. We were talking before the class and the teacher is like a genius and we are all normal so when he talks sometimes we are like hello please speak in english.. LOL

I spoke with my ex husband last night and he said his dad will not get out of the hospital now till Saturday. The kids are worried about him and can't wait for him to get home so they can see him...

Jeremiah had a dream last night about his uncle that died last week. He got up this morning talking about it saying how he had a dream about uncle Robery and that he had gotten shot, but it was just his arm that got it and so he was in a cast, but he got to come back home and so did Lizzy.. We talked about it and he understands and is ok with things, but please keep the little guy in your prayers.. I know it has to be hard to know that your uncle is gone and not coming back..

Well I better get going for now.. I have some labs to do on the computer and some videos to watch as well..

Hello.. How is everyone?? We are all doing well.. I must admit I am running on low as I have been so busy packing, unpacking, throwing out, donating and getting our new house in order.. LOL All the kids have their own rooms so I am trying to get them all in order along with the rest of the house.. The kids are enjoying all the space.. I love the peace out there..

I got the kids enrolled in their new school on Friday and they are excited for Wednesday to get here so they can start.. I met some of their teachers on Friday and I think it will be a good year.. Jordin and Jill have both attended the school years ago. The principal was so excited to see us and took the kids on a tour while I was filling out the paperwork.. They got so excited it was all they talked about.. Of course just about any school district would love to get 5 new students. Especially when they are a small school.. I am kinda sad about leaving the old school simply because I was friends with most of the teachers there, but I am glad to be in the district we are now in.....

Well I better get going.. I still have a million things to do.. I need to make sure everything is on at the college for me to start next week, make some calls and get internet at the new house.. :)

What can I say???? If you live here in North Missouri you know exactly what I am talking about... It has been so rainy here lately that there is mud and I mean wet terrible nasty sink when you walk mud.. I am thankful for the rain don't get me wrong and to be honest I am so glad that God has promised to not ever flood the whole earth again.. We have been having some major flooding around here. We are like 20 inches ahead on percipitaion for the year to date..

Oh and to add to the fun of all the mud and rain here this week is our annual community fair and although they had the opportunity to put the rides on a paved place they chose to place them on the usual spot and it is a mess..

Please pray for the farmers right now as many fields in our area have been flooded not just once this season, but 2 and 3 times already.. Please pray for all of us consumers as well becasue if the farmers can't plant and get a good harvest our food prices will rise even higher...

I was traveling to Ohio this past weekend and I know that their are places in Indianna and Illinois that have also had flooding as well...

How did that happen.. You leave Church and you think wow "how did the Pastor get into my head?" I left Church last Sunday thinking how did that happen.. I mean wowsers.. He preached on things that I had been thinking and kinda feeling about things in life and it really just hit home.. He talked about loosing our first loves. How we get to busy and we get comfortable with life that we start to choose other things over God and God's work....

I will be the first to admit that I have been comfortable with things and in fact because of fear of being hurt by others more than I have already been I tend to back off and well sometimes I tend to get myself in trouble. We all make mistakes, but we have to remember to keep God first and do His will and what He calls each of us to do and not be comfortable with the way things are or be afraid of reaching out and doing God's will before we get all not smart and do our own thing....

Mars who gets nervous sometimes heading to church afraid that the Pastor will get in her little head again.

Do you ever wonder.. I mean really just sit and wonder about things, people, how things work or what makes people tick?? I sometimes just think about these things when I have a few spare minutes just because sometimes I see  something or someone that makes me think WHAT????????? Or I think how did 2 plus 2 equal 57.72.. I mean come on let's just live life and be honest, respectful caring people to everyone.. You know I understand there will be those that we might not care for, but really it is not hard to just be nice and tolerate them.. There really is no reason to be a pot stirrer.. I think as a Christian we need to be the example of this.. We need to be nice, respectful and caring to everyone.. We need to show the love of God to everyone, after all we may be the only Jesus that some will see.

I have been thinking about this for a week or so anyway because I had a girl I know call me a Bible Beater. Now I am by no means a all out Bible Beater, but I do believe in God and I do have a relationship with God, I talk to God all the time and I know that God is in control and that He loves me even when I mess up... (which I tend to do quite a bit) I am a very trusting and kind person  by nature and I would do anything for anyone and I will even bend over backwards for those whom I do not care for or that I know do not care for me or treat me bad. Why you might ask?? Am I crazy?? No, but I know that is what God wants me to be able to do. I sometimes think I am crazy and I sometimes put myself in situations that I wish I had not, but I know that if I can be a witness for God that is a good thing.. I sometimes catch myself doing things that I myself think is a bit crazy, but don't we all. I mean come on let's be honest here everyone.. Have you ever just like realized oh darn I am in a spot I wish I wasn't and I am not really sure how to get out of it?? I know that something good can come out of it, but I wish I was not here.......... Sometimes I wish I was not nice, in fact I can tell you off in such a nice way that you know I told you off, but you are not mad about it.. I got talent.. LOL Ok God is on my side..
I think that mean people or people who make fun of other's especially the ones that call people Bible Beaters and such really are missing something in life.. I would much rather be a Bible Beater than not be one.. if I did not have God in my life and a constant line of communication with Him I have no idea where I would be right now...

Just remember we might think it is crazy to be in certain situations with certain people wondering how it happened or how we got there or why people are the way they are, but God is in control.. Let those around you see the Love of God and pray for them that He might open their eyes to His love, joy, peace, grace and mercy.


Remember that Craziness is not always bad...
