I have enough on my main menu for lunches on the weekends also.. I am the only one here during the day for lunch during the week so I eat a bowl of cereal or toast and oatmeal or leftovers..
I can do this menu for 10 people for a month for 600 or less.. This month it will be a bit higher as our beef will be done. We get it for just the cost of processing so like a 100-130 bucks for a half of beef.. YUMMO
Have a great night.
