I can't believe it we spend a month or more getting ready for it and then it is here and gone quicker than we can blink.. I must say Christmas this year was pretty good and I am happy about how it went..

We had Christmas here Christmas eve day as my kids had to leave and go with their dad that night when we got all done at my mom's. So we did that and hung out and played and ate all day then got ready and went to candle light service with mom and dad. Well part of us went we were waiting on Leah to get here so Gradey and a couple others stayed behind and waited on her and met us at my mom's house.

I was a bit nervous about the whole ordeal at my mom's as my sisters and such have made it their lot in life to be upset with me because they do not like who I am married to, now let me also say that they also are under the assumtion that my ex was not a bad guy and that I messed him and his life up, but whatever.. So I was afraid although mom told me she asked them to be nice that they just might slip up because a couple of them are good at that.. We ate, opened presents and all went well. We were there longer than I thought we would be, left dropped the kids off with their dad and got home to do dishes..

Christmas we went to my inlaws for a late lunch and it was fun.. There are 2 new babies on that side and lots of little kids whom I can play with and touch without getting an evil look or yelled at for.. We opened presents, ate took picutres and etc.. We left to come home and had a blow out or blow up with ex hubby and took 90 minutes or more getting that settled and sending oldest daughter home with my mom and dad for the night to calm down and stuff..

Wednesday was a lazy day and Thursday was kinda lazy.. I cleaned house and hubby took his son back to the airport.. Today we did a few errands and now I am home trying to get some projects done.. LOL

This weekend is pretty low key for me not alot going on here just doing some stuff I need to get done here and relax a bit.. No big plans for new years eve either..

Well I guess I am going to get off here for now.. I am so thankful for Christ's birth and want to make sure the kids and I incorporate it into everyday life.
