The children had their Christmas parties yesterday and had an early out at noon so thus we have officially began our 2 weeks of Christmas break.. Today my hubby's oldest son is flying in from Denver for a week. So we are going to bust out big guns and get the house in tip top shape and ready for the Holidays..
We have plans to make sugar cookies with some friends on Saturday and we are going to make some cookies today and maybe even some candies to have on hand and give to others..
Jesus is the reason for the season and although I know there are some who do not celebrate the season, however we choose to and we will not condem, judge or say things about those who choose not to we also ask that you respect our beliefs and will choose to celebrate and keep Jesus Christ the center of our celebrations. We realize that December 25 is not His *actual* birthday we choose to take this time to honor and celebrate that precious gift that God sent to all of us. So regardless of the *actual* day having December 25th set out as a day to celebrate it means that although we celebrate the gift all year long we choose to make the 25th a family time to gather and celebrate. We wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year..
I will have more thoughts, however I am off to get busy for now my duties as wife, mother, friend, and etc are calling so until later May God Bless you..
God Bless

I have decided to not post on any sensitive topics like faith practices on my blog because of this.
