My kids all love these.. I have to make a double and sometimes triple batch in order for there to be enough to satsify all of my children.....
No Bake Cookies
2 cups white sugar
3 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk (I use whole milk)
1 pinch salt
3 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a saucepan bring sugar, cocoa, margarine, milk, and salt to a rapid boil for 1 min.
2. Add quick cooking oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix well, then take off the burner.
3. Working quickly, drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper, and let cool.
I am telling you these are so darn yummy. When I was pregnant with my oldest child I craved these so much my friend brought me some to the hospital.. LOL
