Hello.. I am back from a wonderful week of Church camp with 3rd- 6th graders.. It was very very hot, humid and miserable weather wise the first 3 days.. Monday when we got there it was terrible, Tuesday I believe was worse weather wise and Wednesday was a bit better, but I thank God for watching over us and there being no heat induced illness or accidents.. I was working with a lady named Kerre and another lady names Pam in our Cabin of girls.. We had an awesome group of girls.. They all got along and wanted to be together so it was nice..  We did loose on girl 1/2 way through the week, but that was ok.. God really moved at camp. It was so awesome you could feel the spirit the whole week no matter where you were on the camp. The whole group was wonderful to work with. Our directors were AWESOME... We started out with like 172 kids enrolled, but we ended up with quite a few more coming to Camp on the first day and I think we just lacked a very few beds from filling every bed at the camp.. Another blessing was that we had enough staff to take care of it all and that made camp go wonderful.. I say go Bruce and Doug ya'll did a wonderful job... The food was wonderful.. I am always spoiled at camp you get 3 square meals a day with dessert and most of the time salads and 2 snacks a day and well I am lucky to get 1-2 meals on a normal day..LOL I will write more about camp in abit.. May I add that I have a million loads of laundry to do now.. There were 3 well 4 of us gone for the week and well now the kids are gone to their dad's for the weekend..

I started out the week with an allergy sinus problem and felt like I had been run over by all the campers and staff at the camp and then dipped in the pool and hung from the flag pole, however I had free time on Tuesday and was able to nap for a couple of hours and PRAISE GOD I AM MUCH BETTER.. I tell you it was terrible to be hot, sweaty, gross feeling with a stuffed up nose, sinus pressure and then a slightly runny nose..LOL God is Good and I started breathing right and was good to go..

I met many new people this week, got to know some people I knew but did not KNOW.. It was so cool and I got to have a girl who was in my cabin 3 years ago her first year in my cabin this year and it was awesome.. She is a PURE JOY.. I LOVE YOU MCKENZIE... She is so funny I asked her for her email addy and she said she was boycotting email so she could get snail mail.. She was so funny.. Jessica and Megan your energy and enthusaism sp? Was wonderful.. Thank you so much for sharing with us even when you were so hyper and we were so tired.. LOL LaKeesha. You are such a pretty girl inside and out.. I am so glad you were able to come spend this week with us.. Bianca and Malinda.. God Bless you.. I am not sure how you made it all week being so quiet when the rest of the cabin was so loud, but WOOHOO for ya'll. Makayla you rock girl.. I am so glad you were able to come this week. You were also a quiet one and I am thankful for you. Kandis you are a dear as always.. Your a quiet sneaky girl who like sto have fun.. You are the bomb girl.. And Shelby my dear I wish you could have stayed all week.. You would have made 200bucks and had fun.. Kerre and Pam it has been a blast to serve with you too.. As you said Kerre who would have thought 2 years we would have been such a blessing that we could work together and have fun.. Pam and Kerre you ROCK...
