Rain Blessed Rain.. It has rained today and rained hard and cooled things off 2 degrees in no time.. It is wonderful outside right now. The fans in the windows cooling the house with a fresh rain smell.. I love it..:) The kids are outside right now playing on the porch and enjoying the cool refeshing afternoon..  I am hoping it will stay cool for a couple of days.. That would be wonderful..:)

The kids wanted to go swimming today, but it was their day with dad and so then it rained, but I plan to take them on Friday to the BIG local pool we have free one day passes. We have a summer pass to another smaller local pool. The BIG pool will cost me at least 2 mucks to get into if not more.. I think NOT..LOL

I think tonight I am going to make a meatloaf, mashed taters, corn and brownies.. I also think I am going ahead and making a pan of chicken enchiladas for lunch tomorrow.. I am also going to make rice crispy treats.. :

Tomorrow if it stops raining I need to mow my yard..
