He he. I like the light way you handled this. LOL

I am not sure who is out there leaving nasty comments, but I hear several here at HSB are getting them. Probably someone without a life and nothing better to do I suppose.

Glad you are only changing your settings though, and not leaving completely! I know several who have left because of the rude comments, and I personally think it is silly!

I have a nasty stalker too!! Lucky us.
Mine is from Reston Virgina. She uses AOL and it logs under 205 or 64.
Shawn from the support team told me:
"There is still nothing we can do. If the user is using a proxied service
(like AOL), there's no way to prevent them from commenting except the
"only members can comment" feature, which appears to be already enabled."

So I am going to call AOL, and if I have to, get the authorities involved. Internet stalking is a crime!!!

Ya know, that drives me BONKERS when people do that. I would give a lot more merit to someone that at least has the backbone to own up for their words ya know? Chin up! :O)

Luckily I have not been the victim of a troll yet. But I do see where several "ladies" here on HSB think that it is their duty to "correct" other people on their blog by leaving comments. They think that it is ok to rake someone over the coals for posting about their own beliefs (note here: their personal beliefs on their OWN blog) but call it an attack when someone else leaves a comment on their blog. I have even read one woman say that if someone posts about something then they are fair game! I am begining to believe that they activly seek out others to hurt. This is crazy! If I do not agree with what someone writes about, then I just leave. I do not like to be negative, but I have almost quit posting because I am scared that I will get attacked on my blog. I am glad that people are bringing this to light and maybe some of those women will think before they leave a "comment". Blessings to you and good luck with your troll. ;)
