I guess you kick people while they are down.... Now Now do not laugh I am not kidding.. You see I have come to learn that it is ok for you to go through a rough time in your own life and hit rock bottom, but I have learned that lesson from a dear old friend of mine.. A few years ago she was going through a very rough time and she hit rock bottom.. I will not get into all the things that happened, becasuse I am not one to judge.
I will admit that I have been having a rough time in life lately and I have not always made the right choices, however these things are between God and I and I do not need to defend myself or justify myself to anyone except God. I do know that when my friends are having a rough time in life and hitting rock bottom they know that I am here for them no matter and I will not turn away from them..
My kids and I have found a wonderful Church family who love us and encourage us. I have a friend who has been going through a rough time as well and we have spent quite abit of time together doing things with our kids together, hanging out and attending Church together.. We both kinda hit a low, but we are on our way back up.. I guess when life gets tough you find out who your true friends are...
A loss of a friend is sad, but you know when the friendship is not even and when your friends don't want others to know how good of a friend you really are there is a problem.. This same friend used to put my husband down alot and in fact would get into text wars with him because of what she thought or felt.. I would not ever do that and it hurts when you find out that your friends might not have ever really been a friend...
If you see someone hurting and having a rough time.. Pray for them, but don't try to kick them while they are down, ask them to defend themselves or justify themselves just love and pray for them and let them know you are there for them.. The worse thing you can do is accuse and kick them while they are down... Ask yourself what would Jesus do.....
Have a great day,
God Bless,
Mars

Sounds like there is a bit of an 'airy of opinions'??
Proverbs 17: 14
Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam;
so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out.
Proverbs 18: 2
A fool finds no pleasure in understanding
but delights in airing his own opinion.
Proverbs 20:19
A gossip betrays a confidence;
so avoid a man who talks too much.
Proverbs 26:20
Without wood a fire goes out;
without gossip, a quarrel dies down.
