Baking with pumpkins

These past two days I have had a pumpkin theme in the kitchen lol. Yesterday we made pumpkin cut out sugar cookies and a pumpkin roll. Today the dc carved the pumpkins (we don't celebrate Halloween, we carve pumpkins with Christian symbols on them used for witnessing tools for trick-or-treaters...we always get compliments on them) so we toasted the seeds. YUMMY! Also I made a pumpkin pie.

Love the fall colors and crisp air. Brought out and washed all winter clothes. Had to run the heat all week this week.

Tmrw. is the last home football game for the high school. Dh and boys are planning on going.
