Why is it when you get sick and miss a day the week is confused?  I was sick yesterday.  I was very thankful it was the weekend.  I didn't have to be mom, wife or even human.  I got up at regular time.  I felt yucky.  I made coffee but didn't even think about drinking any.  I did my Bible time.  My computer was froze up and the internet connection was down.  I decided that was God telling me to go back to bed so I did.   My DH knew I was sick when I came back to bed.  He came in about milking time and ask if I wanted him to milk.  I think I mumbled something along the lines of I don't care.   DH wasn't planning on going to church, but I had been.   I didn't even surface to say I wasn't interested.  My older ds and dil took the kids to church.  Dh played (worked) on the bob cat.  He assured me he checked on me through out the day.  I never knew it  I had put on a CD I got at retreat.  It was all the Bible verses they used at retreat.  I meditated on them as I fought satan. I refused to stay sick.  I had other things to do.   I finally got up about 3:30.  I still wasn't well, felt like I had brain fog, but was much better.  I went back to bed about 8 and rested well all night.  Wonder why I was ready to get up by 6:30 this morning?   Today I have been fine.

I have been sorting goats and sheep today to sell.  I have part of them sorted and more in the pen to sort.  I am waiting on my ds to tell me how much junk to sell.   He said junk prices should be good if the right buyer is there.   He was going to find out today if probably the right buyer is there.  If he buys today in Junction, then he usually buys tomorrow in San Angelo.    I am really in a selling mood.   :)

The new beef is great!  We had T-bones on Sat. night.  MMMMMMMmmmmm so tender.  Even if I didn't feel very good and only ate a little.  Then I had laid out ground meat for Church yesterday.  Dh and DIL made it into hamburger steaks with brown gravy.  Considering how little was left it was a hit.  I am making it again tonight for supper.   My plan is to not use the brown gravy mix, but do it the old fashion way with corn starch.   I have potatoes boiling to make mash potatoes.  If I was a good wife/mother I would have made bread to go with it.  I guess I am not a very good wife/mom since I don't see that happening.  Hot biscuits do sound good with brown gravy.   Hummmmm we will see.

My milk cows are giving LOTS of milk.  I am bringing in the house about 5 gallons every morning.   So far I have found homes for all the milk.  I haven't had to make cheese, but I do see it coming soon.  Maybe Wed.  I plan on being gone tomorrow.  Plans subject to change around here.  Thurs. is another town day.  Ewww way to many town days this week!   Adding cheese will be so much fun......... NOT! 

Guess I better remind my son he was suppose to call me and go sort goats.
