Just checking in on here so everybody can meet me. Here's what's new with me. I just got pulled out of school during my class before my lunch yesterday. I am so glad that I'm out of school. I was shocked at first because my mom told me that I had to stay in school till Friday and I was planning on saying goodbye to my friends. Just as I get ready to turn in my test one of the assistant principals tells me to leave campus. I was kind of blown away that she was just making me leave. I thought that they would have told my parents or something. The school system is weird like that though.

I'm really happy though because tomorrow night I'm leaving for Missouri. This is gonna be one insane road trip and I mean literally. Nothing like being in a van with your "dysfunctional" family and your dog. I mean that in a good way. I have a lot of fun with my parents. My dad and me are a lot alike and mom loves to pick on me. I wouldn't trade them for the world. Hey if they put up with my extremely obnoxious music, (well it is to them, to me it's a work of art) then I can put up with them for two weeks no problem.

My mom is hilarious, when I first started high-school I got invited to this girls party (trust me not the party most high-scholars go to, it was drug-free) who I have a huge crush on and she said that her and dad were going to walk me to the door in their pajama's and mom would make her hair frizzy just to embarrass me. Do you see what a wonderful family I have?

Yeah, this trip to Missouri will be a time to remember. It will be a G-Rated version of National Lampoon's Christmas vacation. I really enjoy when the family sits around a bonfire in our backyard and we roast marshmallows. Those times are great for me. Holidays are wonderful too. Especially Thanksgiving because in case you don't know my mom is the best cook in the world, that is not an opinion that is a fact. She bakes the best bread ever. If you don't ask for seconds at meals, there is obviously something wrong with your taste buds.

I’m looking forward to the summer because my best friend Vincent is coming back from California for three-months. There is a good chance that he will fly out at the end of March for two weeks for Spring Break. I miss him so much but it's given me more time to find myself a guitarist. When he was here we always tried to stay on the same page for writing and neither of us would get much better because we could never extend ourselves. When he comes back things are going to change in our sound and he will see that I am a lot better. He plays for me over the phone and I can tell that his time away for me has made him progress tremendously because we aren't fighting. We are letting ourselves get better and with God on our side soon enough we will be selling out concert halls across the world. I honestly think that we can but it definitely will not happen in just overnight. It will takes some time. We play rock, extreme metal, thrash, blues, metalcore, and hardcore sometimes punk rock unless I am playing for the church then it is light rock. I enjoy metal core the best because it is still extremely heavy, my parents do not like it, but at the same time it has melodic parts and it isn't just rapid picking and constant growling, it has singing too. I also love playing blues. My parents love it when I play the blues and it comes straight from my heart to the fret board. I have never heard anything with so much emotion like the blues. I like country too. It took sometime but I am back into it. There’s a good chance this year I might be able to put some of my Church songs online.

If my dream of being in a famous metal or rock band fails I still hope to have a career in music. For a back-up plan I am considering working at a zoo. I have a lot of fun with animals and there is always something new to learn about them. My dog for instance, he is like a big storybook. He is always doing something different. I love him like crazy. He has the goofiest personality ever. He things that he is one of us and a lot of ways besides the constant slobber and fur he is. We have to cats also, Blizzard age 4 and he is so fat it is unreal. He loves me though and he is always coming to me for love. Then there's Idgy but we wount go there.

I go to the Newark Heights Church of God and I can honestly say that there is no man in the world like my pastor. Pastor Beesley is intellegent, he knows his stuff, he is honest, considerate, and he would give you the shirt off his back. He doesn't make church a place to hang out and ignore the purpose for being there. He doesn't candy-coat anything but our church is far from dull. He uses a lot of different subjects to tie in his message. He has a wonderful sense of humor and he is funnier than the biggest comedians out there. He is a very devout christian and his humor is still funnier than that of anybody in the world's. I don't know how Newark Heights got so lucky but we sure did. Our church may be small but we are true to God. There is nothing like going to a church get together. For one, our church is full of cooks and for another, we have so much fun together.

Well I think that is way over enough for somebody to read. I'm not much on reading myself but if you get feel like reading more I shall post one huge blog monthly for you to rack your brains with.

Goodbye and God bless you all!!!
Brandon

Have fun on your trip! My family and I took a road trip a couple years ago that was tons and tons of fun! It took us about four days driving from 8 in the morning till bout 8 at night to get to our destination. We took our dog with us also...at least she didn't drool...:) That wouldn't have been fun.
I am also homeschooled. and have been for all my schooling life. It's been fun...
