Question...

Thank you SO much for posting that! I am in the process of comparing grain mills and deciding what would be best for my own family.
Here's a question for you ... I really like using WHITE whole wheat for my breads/rolls, as my family enjoys that whole wheat but not the heaviness that most whole wheats give to the breads. Once I get a mill, I would would like to make white whole wheat flour. Which wheat berries would you recommend to make white whole wheat flour?
Thanks bunches!

Thanks for replying and answering my questions about milling so quickly.
About the dulcimer music...the only recordings there are of me playing dulicmer - that I know of - would be on a friend's Christmas CD, recordings of services at our church or the recordings friends have at who's weddings I've played it at. :-) Maybe one day I'll record something and put it on my blog. We'll see...
