Update on JuLee

JuLee is doing so well even the nurses and doc's are even surprised....She is taking 1 ounce of breastmilk now every three hours but the biggest difference is now she gets a bottle every other feeding. This week we are going to get her from her isolette into a regular crib and then next week we are going to work on getting her up to full feedings by bottle. Our goal is to have her home the week before Easter. Our church surprised us and is planning a baby shower for JuLee on May 4th. We are going to have a potluck then presents and cake and ice cream so that was a wonderful surprise. JuLee weighs 3 lbs. and 5 oz. She was up to 3.6 but she had a poop that weighed 2 oz so she lost that and was able to gain back 1 oz.

I agree that she will be home before Easter. Father send this little one your all as she is valuable and precious in your sight. Put your arms around her and breath your breathe of life into her so all is well and she fulfills the purpsoe you created her for. Give comfort and peace for family as I place them all in your hands. Bless the church and all who enter in it. May everyone come full circle in this circle of love. In Jesus' Holy name! Lovingly, rilda

Our Family
We are a family of five. My husband has MS and Mueiner's. My oldest daughter is blessed with Asperger's Syndrome which is a high functioning form of Autism and my baby was born with multiple heart problems (2 open heart surgeries, at least 2 to go) and dyslexia. Our 4th child was born in January although she was not due until April. Although we have many medical problems, we love life and wouldn't change a thing. The LORD has blessed us in many ways.
