At Home in Georgia

As my son would say... "Yaaaayyyy!"

I finally ordered all of our (work)books for our school year.  I use Abeka and I've gotten all the reusable things used, but was waiting to order all the consumables until they come with a display to our area and we can get free shipping.  Cheap, I know, but it saved me $15!

I"ve been improvising with my K4 daughter, and it's been fine, but boy, am I going to be glad to have everything all there and ready to go.  No more printing coloring pages on line or hunting through misc. workbooks for a page about "e".  YAAAYYYY!  And my 1st grade daughter has been finishing up her K5 stuff and is done with her math on Friday.  A few more days to review and we can be on to the new and exciting.  She saw some samples of her books today and was sooo excited.

Now, I've just got to wait for them to come... sigh.  Oh, well, we'll be shouting YAAAYYY!  again in about a week, when they arrive.  :)

They are sure worth their money sometimes... I don't use every page, but it is nice when it is already "ready" for you and no Hunting!
Have a good year!
Warmly, ~Melissa
