A Mom's Musings

• Monday, September 10, 2007 - The sign is up!

The realtor came today and we finally have the house on the market!  Wow, I thought at times we'd never get to this point.  Of course now we wait, but at least we've started the ball rolling.  It also occured to me, that no matter what happens when it sells, it's a win-win situation.  We'll either end up at a camp somewhere, which would be a lot of fun, or we'll end up in Florida which would be great!!  I'm fine with whatever happens, and quite excited to ponder the possibilities.

My hubby's dream-camp job has just opened up, and that would be such an act of God - literally! - if we sold the house quickly and he got that job!  There is another one out in Oregon, right on the beach!...wow!  I'd love to stand there and look northward, knowing Alaska is right up the coast (a stone's throw compared to where I am now, on the East coast!).  Honestly, I can get very excited about all these possiblities and can't wait to see what the Lord will do!

How exciting! I will pray that your husband gets this dream job.

Just a note: I know what I'm sending you to tell you who I am, but I probably won't send another package before then.

I will try to stop by often and leave notes though.

Goodness if your house sells quickly- you will need to tell Tamara where I should send your gift. :)

Have a great day! Your Secret Sister

WE got back from vacation on Sunday, so I have been swamped with lots of things to do. I have determined that I need to limit my time on blogs for awhile, in order to catch up. So, I am just now catching up with some of my friends.

At any rate, we were in Oregon on our vacation. And it is SO beautiful. Bend, Medford, Grants Pass....oh, we would love to live in any of those places. Of course, they are not on the coast as you are talking about.

How exciting that the ball is beginning to roll now, with your house on the market and all. I do hope your faith remains strong as you now enter into the waiting time. Don't be discouraged even if the house doesn't sell immediately. God has good plans for you.
