Monday: I pulled a package of meat from the freezer. I knew that it was pork and it said 'neck' and 'loin' on it. It looked like a roast so that's how I cooked it!LOL Steamed veggies to go w/it.

Tuesday: Dinner in a pumpkin!

Wednesday: veggie stew (using shredded mystery meat)

Thursday: BBQ (using last of shredded mystery meat)

Friday: smoked pork chops, steamed veggies and fried potatoes if Dh gets home in time

Saturday: Turkey and possibly mashed potatoes and  steamed veggies.
