Plans and inexpensive Mothers' Day gift

I need to make stuff today and I am TIRED! I should make more granola bars (that would be hte end of alot of stuff--craisins, honey roasted soy nuts, etc) and free up some cabinet space. I have 2 bananas that need to be turned into something as well. Supper will probalby be bacon and eggs. It was going to be bacon and PB sandwiches (which I have heard is really good so we were going to give it whirl),b ut we don't have enuf bread. I did get PB made yesterday at least.

I also need to make a grocery list for tomorrow. Dh sent me into a panic by saying that the dentist is today. It's NEXT Tuesday. That means that today can be leisurely adn I need a vacation after my vacation!ROTFL! No, really, one day is what I need. I need to dust and clean bathrooms and run to town tomorrow and Thursday I need to clean the floors, do laundry and make the mini apple pies for the church's concession stand on Friday.

After working at hte stand on Friday, we are goign to my mom's to make what she requested for Mother's Day--stepping stones. Hopefully Pizza Hut will still give me the personal pan boxes for 'forms'. If not, I told my sister that I'd ransack Aldi's and see what I could get in the way of boxes. They have a bag of quikrete (we might need one more) and mom has the decorative pieces (something about dice w/letters??) already. By the time we get handprints, it doesn't take much to splash a bit of color on them. And actually me, my sister and SIL are makign them for the other set of 'moms' as well. We are just going to give ours to FIL for Father's Day cuz he just had around his home landscaped so that will work fine. So a super cheap and easy (altho slightly back breaking w/the mixing of the quikrete) gift.
