Off to a good start!

Laundry day here. Second load is in. We're having chili in the CP tonight since Mat's got baseball practice. Barring no more rain.

And I did learn how ot manage the new TV this morning. I went down stairs to work out and it wouldn't come on. Uh oh, we had big storms last night. I looked up and the main plug was plugged so I thought to look behind the TV and that was unplugged so I plugged taht in and everything turned on, but I got no signal. I looked at the maze of wires and went to grab my cell phone. It was gone. My purse was on the table (it hands on a chair back) and the phone missing. Dh said he went outside to talk to his parents, so I looked ont he cabinets, rest of hte table, etc. no phone. I was starting to get REALLY angry then. He never tells me ANYTHING. He KNOWS we'd use that TV today. he KNOWS I'd use my phone today. Then I vaguely remember DH getting up at 4:20 to use the bathroom. Then I remembered dreaming that my phone was doing it's low battery beep. I look at the charger and that's where it was. So my guess is that I was NOT dreaming about it beeping!LOL So I call Dh and he tells me taht he unplugged the antennae and told me how to plug that in. now the TV works and I got to exercise.

And we made the switch to DST OK. I'm none too happy about it, but I guess we'll live. My BIL grew up in 1 of the 2 counties that has always observed CST so I called my sister and she was all groggy. I was like AREN"T  YOU UP YET? She said, what time is it? I said NINE! Jeff just told me seven! Did you change your clocks last night? OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH he changed them the wrong way! I was like HE SHOULD KNOW BETTER--HE'S DONE IT ALL HIS LIFE!ROTFL!!!!!!!!!!
