Easter and housework;)

Yesterday was fun! We had the Easter Egg Hunt at my parents. We ordered in pizza!LOL There was just too much going on to try and work a meal in and everyone liked the pizza. I was on 'stuff' overload, but I think I've got homes for most of it now. My mom doesnt' get much candy (she did however buy dried PEA PODS FOR THEM!ROTFL!!!!!!!!!), which is fine, but she buys 'stuff' instead!LOL Joey seemed to have fun at their house over the weekend.

Then home and Dh said that we were taking his truck to kid's club so I vacuumed out the van and dusted it since I have to pick up the MOMS babysitter on Wed. WE are home the next 2 days! WAHOO! Joey napped on the way home, which I'm sure put him in a better mood for kid's club!LOL

Today I did a circuit training workout and started laundry. The 3rd of 6 loads are in. Joey, who is usually up by 7, slept until after 9!!!! Mat's starting school and Joey is as well. Now that he's up, I can start my bagels and make my laundry detergent. Then I'm going to resew some buttons on a shirt. I got it for a steal at Marshals, but some of the buttons are barely hanging on, still worth the price.;)

And we talked to FIL last night. He has no idea if there are any of the usual extended family plans for Easter or not. And he asked when we were leaving. Monday by noon like we always do. DH's sisters wanted to do Easter on MOnday. Which I assume means that they have plans for hte rest of the weekend. DH talked about it last night. I told him that if things go down like they did at Christmas that I"m leaving and not  making special plans for holidays w/them again. Yesterday he made some smart crack about 12 of us crammed in a 1000 qt ft house and I said well at least my family WANTS to spend time w/us.

I really, really hate this, but I'm not subjecting my obys to it if this is what it's going to be like.
