Tuesday stock

Dh finally told me April 26th for out Gatlinburg trip (w/the boys) so I've got to get busy on that. Less than 2 months! The upside is that it's off season (cheaper!) and shouldn't be booked up. It'll still be cool, but it should be a blast!

I've worked out and other than showering I'm about done!LOL No, really, as soon as Mat wakes up, I can start making a racket in the kitchen and cut up the carrots and celery and onions and get the stock going.

Gatlinburg.....ahhh....If I could pick a vacation spot that's where it'd be. You can go from there in so many directions and see and do so much. Like Dollywood!

The weather might just about be perfect when you are there! We were in that same area last weekend, and the temps were in the mid 60's for two of the days. We just love that area :) Have fun planning!! ~Suzy
