foot update

I think it's doing well. I managed to pull off my boots w/heels anyway. It was negative windchills here and I wanted my boots!!!!! It's still got some strange sensations, but I worked out this am. I did a lower impact version and did notice that I had to modify a couple of moves, but no biggie. I realized that I really wanted to skate today! So I"m going to see if I am able to do that or not.

I'm getting around WORLDS better and can always prop it up  tonight, worst case scenario. I've got stir fry planned for supper. Since we'll be gone a good bit of the afternoon, I'm just yankign the frozen chicken strips and frozen veggie stir fry out and making a 10 min meal!LOL I'm the only one who really cares for it, but they all get the lecture on how good it is for them!LOL
