I love to exercise! That's not a problem! I've been faithfully doing it for over 2 years now. And I do love to drink water. I'm at about 80oz now.;)

Trina~I don't think it's muscle. I've been working out long enuf that I'd be surprized if it's that. It's probably related ot my insulin resistance, which drives me stark raving mad, but I'm think I just need to cut back more on my carbs. I just hate it. I like my carbs!LOL
