fun time is over

I need to get moving. I have to iron a few shirts (this ironing thing is slightly addicting!LOL) and get lunch started. We're having an early lunch cuz I told the kids they could go early to library and play computer games (sorry Karen!LOL) since it's been a few weeks. Plus I need to get rid of alot of things out of my house!LOL Egg cartons, a cake decorating tip, etc. Not sure how I got home w/the cake decorating tip!LOL

And I'm very disappointed. I've worked extra hard during my workouts AND I'm eating less and STILL gained a pound! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr So I"m making sure I put away at least 100oz of water today and see if that helps any.

The good news is that the girl friends got eliminated from TAR last night! I DID NOT CARE FOR THEm!LOL Well their attitude anyway. Now to get the frat boys gone and I"ll like everyone on the show. Cuz that is what that show is all about--making sure that I, Dana, like them all.......ROTFL!

excercise and weight gain

I dont know what type exercise your doing, but quite often you will gain a bit because you are adding to your muscle mass, muscle weighs more then fat. .. are you clothes fitting better? are you feeling better? are you moving easier? dont use the scale as your only measurement.
