very sick

Monday I had a sore throat and it was pretty bad, but not a big deal. I woke up yesterday morning and though tI was going to DIE! I couldn't swallow AT ALL. I did work out (why I don't know......) realized I was going DOWNHILL FAST and took a shower thinking that would help my aches. I crawled out of the shower and literally went straight to bed. I hope my pillows dry out soon. I had on my fleece clothes and slipper socks and still crawled into the flannel sheets, electric blanket (not on) and comforter cuz I was so cold. Now I'm sweating bullets. I slept almost the entire day. As if things weren't bad enuf I thought I was getting a migraine and scrounged up some (probably expired) sinus pills and ate a piece of bread and took it. I then went back and slept another hour and other than a little sore throat and sweating profusely, I felt almost human. I've been drinking tea and managed to eat 3 pieces of bread (2 w/coconut oil).

Thankfully the boys were decent. Mat did all of his school and I just let Joey run free. Literally. He wouldn't put on fleece PJS (it's cool in here) and I didn't have the energy to force it so he was in undies all day w/his cozy wrapped around him. I found an open bag of marshmallows on the table so I"m guessing that was lunch for them!LOL

I'm a bit better today, but I have no idea what to make of my throat. It's just like I'm swallowing needles. Otherwise, I actually feel pretty good. If my throat is still like this tomorrow, I"m going to the doc. I think 4 days is enuf.
