Good News!

Ok, it's not THE Good News, but it was still nice to hear!LOL The finance guy said we were on target. We always are. He did apprise us of some info and DH needs to ask about his pension at work. The guy said that if what he read is current and there is still a pension when DH retires, we'll be doing quite well. Lots of  'ifs', but that's OK. We view it as bonus money.

He was late getting here (got lost), but it was a short and productive meeting, which was good. He's TOTALLY different than the other guy, which is fine too. Very laid back but willing to help when asked.  We do agree on most philosophies, which is important in seeking advice. He laughed when I said that we can fund college but not our retirement. Then asked me if I'd been in the biz before. Nope, but I do believe in educating oneself........ Altho we did come across as idiots on occasion.;) The only good way to learn tho.;)
