Joey......

Joey was a SCREAM at the cultural center today! And he does know his insect stages--egg, larvae, pupa (poopa), adult. He kept spelling them. I need tape ont hat boy's mouth sometimes. But it was cute. Then they played this interactive game. She scattered green squares (small) on the floor, some had black 'X's on them. The kids who were grasshoppers ate those. Then the birds got set loose to eat the grasshoppers (they drug them back to their nest), then the falcons got set loose to eat the birds. In the 1st time, the falcons tallied up their black Xs and if they had more than 10, then they died from pecticides. In the 2nd one she let the kids assign themselves and there were only 3 grasshoppers so lots of birds died from starvation!LOL

And the 1st round Joey was a bird and Mat was a grasshopper and Joey actually BIT Mat's shirt and drug him back to his nest!;)
