still on track.........

Ok, I went to teh grocery. WOW! Big bill. But a friend is going thru a rough time and she's moving so I got her a bunch of disposable stuff to stock her kitchen with. That type of thing always seems to handy when moving. Plus it's just her and sometimes you just don't feel like dirtying things up for just one.

But I got what I needed for the Roman food and dinner Saturday night. The boxed Irish soda bread looks super easy to make so that's a relief.

We didn't get to eat tonight until 8:15! That's late, even for us! Dh offered to pick Mat up from karate, which wasn't really a huge help, but I certainly didn't tell him that! I did feel comfy 'leaving' Mat there even tho I was in the grocery (2 doors down on the strip mall) the time I was there. But Mat did fine (I peeked in as we left the grocery). Not that I didn't expect him to. I need to cut the apron strings. How on EARTH am I EVER goign to be able to let him go to church camp this summer????????
