They aren't normal! SHOCK SHOCK! I'm not normal!LOL Scents really can bother me and I can't really wear ANYTHING scented or else I get an awful headache! I was asking a lady today how to naturally treat migraines and somehow this came up (scents can be one of my triggers). She said that that is NOT normal and that there is something you need to take, but she couldnt' remember the name. I find out of Friday. I am SOOOOO excited! The thought of being able to wear perfume again--or even a scented lotion is really exciting for me!!!! Or even beign able to have FRESH FLOWERS IN THE HOUSE!!! I'll also get the migraine info that day. I know feverfew, but I have no idea HOW MUCH to take, if I can take it prophlactically or what. Or if there are any alternatives to feverfew.

This is sort of my next step to going 'all natural'. I like to do things in baby steps (it just seems much more manageable that way) and this is a great start. We don't take tons of OTC stuff to begin w/ and I'm now ready to learn how to play around w/what God gave us.

Please share what you learn. Scents tend to give me headaches, and I am super-sensitive to them in other ways too. I have found a few that I can use/wear with very little problem, but they are mostly pure scents, not ones made up in a factory somewhere. I can handle mint, lavender, lemon or orange, and vanilla when it is present in small quantities. Flowery scents give me headaches or cause congestion. Certain food smells and body odors nauseate me, which made visiting Thailand a challenge. The scents I can handle seems to change over the years, too. Anyhow, looking forward to reading what you learn!
