Relaxing......

Joey now knows how to use windows.......I may regret taht, but he's typing up a list of hot wheel cars that he wants so he's got the hotwheel homepage open and wordpad.;)

Doing pretty good here. Yesterday was nice. At church we found out that my parents were in MO!LOL And it wasn't a great visit. My nephew got 4 kittens and his favorite was Pluto. He and my dad were messing around ont he rocking chair and Pluto got under it.......I guess it was very messy. And Ryan was very upset. My parents stopped and took my FIL out for supper on the way back (his house is the halfway point basically). I assume they are home since my dad just called a bit ago and asked if there was any reason why the boys couldn't camp out Friday night. I was VERY confused and wondering how the timeshare place was going to feel about a tent pitched out somewhere and I said, you mean while we are on vacation? Ohhhhhhhhhh, HE HAD FORGOTTEN (he's supposed to be coming too!LOL)ROTFL!

So after church we went to Taco Bell and gave my sister her mums. I guess Keylee's been a screaming fool and they can't figure out why. I hope she's over it by Friday!ROTFL!

So we came home and chilled. The guys mowed the yard and I DID NOTHING! The kick off for kids' club was nice. I hadn't planned on staying for very long and neither had DH (who wanted to get home nad finish mowing!), but I wound up helping to serve food and drinks. The bees were pretty thick and they were all scared of them, but it worked out well. So we came home and crashed. Dh was putting up a fuss at TB about it and I said that it was a supper that I did not have to cook or clean up and he said, IT"S JUST HOT DOGS! I think I saw him eat like a pig! I was thinking IT"S JUST HOT DOGS!LOL

But we came home and they played outside and I crawled in bed!LOL

This morning came early and I started laundry adn worked out. I got out a lb of sausage uncertain as to what I was going to do w/it and realized w/this cool weather that I could make a soup! Tonight is chili! I think I"ll make veggie soup another night this week. I wouldn't mind making a big dent in our canned goods this winter. I usually do, but I'd like to purge it and start fresh next year. Hopefully w/a much better tomato crop.

Speaking of, I cut up a cantaloupe and it's not very good. Not sure if it's so much rain as of late or what, but the flavor was not up to par. Only 6-7 left and the pigs may get those.....
