Exciting menu this week!!!!

Smoked chops and steamed veggies tonight.

Wed: homemade pizza!

Thurs: roast and steamed veggies

Friday: some boxed breaded fishy resembling stuff (and probably a salad)

Sat: We are having dinner guest so for fun we are having corned beef, Irish potato cakes, salad, and I went to make these cheesy herb rolls and right next to it (in my Quick Cooking) was a Sauerkraut rye recipe (it's not strong--I promise Naomi!)! How perfect was that! And for dessert we are having grasshopper pie. Mat gave up ice cream for Lent so he's going to make no bake cookies for the kids (or anyone who doesn't want grasshopper pie).

So the bread is on it's first rise and then I"ll freeze it and get it out Saturday morning for the next rise.......
