The boys' party!

We survived yesterday!LOL It was a joint party w/my 2yo neice and both the boys. It was at my brother's IL's. Dh manned the grill. SIl had told me the usual crowd, but about half of them weren't able to come so I had melon and potato salad coming out my EARS! I got rid of enuf melon to keep it under control, but I didn't think to do that w/the potato salad. So guess what we are eating all week? More than likely ME since the boys don't care for it and I"m sure DH will find a reason to bail.

The boys gots lots of fun stuff and seemed very please. The Tom and Jerry cake was ADORABLE! Joey was upset that Tom & Jerry had happy faces and weren't fighting tho!ROTFL!!!!!!!! He ate Jerry yesterday adn wants to have Tom this afternoon!LOL

It was a very late night cuz my brother is taking back a riding mower of my dad's. He's been push mowing (in triple digits) like 2 acres??? He says that 4 nights a week, he's mowing--just to try adn stay caught up w/it! He'd lost weight and I told him to keep push mowing!LOL I commented taht Dh and I were getting shafted since dad gave Dh that mower and he mows my sisters (they are right next door)!ROFL! I was suprized that  no one commented that we have a BIG tractor (taht dad bought for 'Mat' when he was 4 MONTHS old)!LOL It was a great day tho. My brother and his wife left for MO today. This allowed us to see my sister's new home (been a few weeks) and she'd decorated some. It looks nice. Joey read Keyley a bunch of books too!LOL

Joey's school's  done, bfast done and Mat's (slowly) getting school done.
