Oh yummy! At least I think it will be! I just dumped virtually everything I had on hand into a chowder!LOL I sauteed some onions, celery, and carrots in butter and then added corn, potatoes and a yellow squash and it's simmering in my homemade chicken stock! I'll add half and half after bit. I need to get some diced ham to put in it and call it good!
