homeschool park day.....

I hosted it today adn it went well. We skipped school altogether tho (formal stuff). Ppl arrived about 11:30 and there were 23 children and 8 adults in all............... I think everyone had a nice time. The pool and sprinkler were definite hits! It's soooooooooooo hot and humid here.

So that's all cleaned up (I put up the chairs and umbrellas) so there isn't much for DH to do tonight and Mat cleaned up the pool stuff. I also shucked 7 ears of corn for supper.

And I gave away about 3.5 dozen ears of corn. that was great. They were all thrilled and Dh will be happy to have it gone. I know it won't go to waste anyway. They took some green peppers, hot peppers and onions too. Now to make the tomatoes ripen...........
