long but humbling morning..........

I woke up early so I decided to pray. Usually a smart move for me anyway!LOL Then I worked out and vacuumed and Mat got up in time to go run down the blown away trash barrels (in the neighbor's field across the street), make his pancakes and blasted Joey out of bed and all of us out the door for the HS coop. I DIDN"T EVEN FORGET TO TAKE ANYTHING! I got someone else who wants to go to the Russian Art event so I set that up. I"m pretty excited about that! And it was 10 after adn the cooking teacher wasn't there. So I got my class going and found her cell number and called. She was just running late thankfully! She said she was surprized she hadn't been late before now!LOL Mental note: Next time she teaches, give her a 2nd hour class!LOL It worked out great nad they made pigs in a blanket for the kids. Which led to an issue for me. I understand that some ppl dont' have alot of money and i get why they do some things,b ut I still don't think that makes doing certain things right. I was getting pretty worked up over the incident and knew I was going down a bad road!LOL I reminded myself that I did this for the kids, not for ppl to show off their morals. At that time the kids were doing PE and having a blast. And I thought about how the Lion Witch and the Wardrobe class are now doing a little skit for the last day as well. I mean these kids are EATING THIS UP! And the Roman writing tablets we made went oK. Well much much much better than the stab we took at pottery anyway!LOL It just took longer than I thought so there was no time to work on the skits. It all worked out in the end and things were fine. The parents really do help alot and I think the more of these sessions we get under our belt, the smoother this will go. We also decided taht since we only have 1 baby that we're going to try a preschool class next time. Great, need to find another teacher.....

While juggling a few items and keeping Joey next to me in the grocery, my mom calls telling me that she IS spending the night and will be here early afternoon. I hope she likes crab cakes cuz that's what we are having for supper............LOL

And upon unloading hte van, I realized I forgot to cash a check at the bank........oh well. I didn't need that $10 anyway!LOL
