Will wonders ever cease?

Last night, DH was supposed to play this math game w/Joey. He was out until 9 and I was UPSET! JOey's bedtime is EIGHT! I let JOey stay up until 8:45 and then got him ready for bed. Of course, DH comes in then. I was partially upset cuz they had been outside PLAYING so I look like the bad guy all day making them get things done and DH comes home and gets to be the fun guy. Don't get me wrong. I love that they go outside w/him, but I ask very little of him and I think involving him in a simple math game wasn't asking much.

So this am, he tells Joey as he's leaving for work that he's going to BRING HOME PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMW!!!!!!!!!!! First last night's successful fried potatoes and NOW THIS! In the FOURTEEN YEARS (as of next Tuesday) that we have been married, he has NEVER EVER EVER even offered to worry about supper, LET ALONE TELL ME before HE DOES IT (so that I don't get frustrated cuz I've already cooked something and he brings home leftovers from a meeting)!!!!!!!!! Two miracles in two days--WHO KNEW???????:)

Well three really cuz he said he was goign to buy it WITH A COUPON!!!!!! That indicates that there was PLANNING of this!

So I guess I'll have to deal w/him being the fun guy--since he included me this time.;) The boys will be blown away. I don't think they know that you can bring pizza home to eat it!LOL

I am impressed with hubby!!! Perhaps God has nudged him a bit to do something nice for you?? LOL HE sounds sweet adn helpful! It is always wonderful when someone else offers to take care of meal, even if it is take out!!!!
