HS park day!

We survived the HS park day. I met one other lady (w/11 children) and a mom from our current group was there. Dh wanted me to drag the boys back to the county fair for a pedal pull. Fine. So we leave park day early to go back to that and find it only to find that it's NOT a pull--it's a race and it's only fo r7 & under! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joey had fun, but I certainly could've found other things to do w/my time.........

I also got his yeast stuff. He wont' take this seriously so I refuse to spend $$$ on good stuff until he does. I grabbed myself a colon cleanse or something like that.

get some extra virgin or expeller pressed coconut oil. it'll be good for that stuff. Best taken 1-2 Tablespoons by itself at a time... (but work up to that amount starting with teaspoons). Coconut oil is awesome for that stuff. Also great for applying externally to any rashes from yeast. (speakin' from experience here ;) ) Fish tastes awesome fried or grilled in it too :) Oh, and put it on some sweet corn - MMMMMMMM
