I'm about as ready for the party at this point as I can be! I forgot to buy STRAWBERRIES! So my sister is going to bring some (not producing locally anymore.;( ). I have mopped, vacuumed and worked out too. But the artichoke dip is ready to bake, the mint tea is brewed and chilling in the frig, the sausage is browned for the cheesy salsa sausage dip and the pasta salad is made. I also got a quick game of chess in w/Joey. He's clueless and I confess to being relentless so I could get a few more things done!LOL

I need to go double check my menu for tomorrow and make sure that I"m not forgetting anything. I need ot talk to DH about making ice cream too--he's gotta make 2 batches (one chocolate and one vanilla) and since Mat's game got rescheduled for tomorrow at noon and he's now working until noon, it's going to be a bit hairy!

The game plan for tomorrow is to workout, shower, and then start making as much as a I can. Have Mat pick the romaine and get it cleaned and ready and get the cheesy dip in the crock pot in case anyone comes while we are still at the game, they can eat.;)

Later this afternoon, I'd like to wash some of the resin patio chairs. I don't know that we'll need them, but it would be handy to have them out.
