Laundry, Walmart, baseball and cleaning!

I hadn't planned on cleaning today, but as I was getting int eh tub I decided to do it today vs. Saturday. While standing at the sink, I  decided that it was gross so I scrubbed it too!LOL I did workout and got laundry started. I HAD to do it cuz Mat's got a ball game tonight and his uniform is dirty. But w/the rain (which is MUCH needed), I had to use the dryer.:( Then off to town for storytime and errands. The librarian's mom has been in ill health for quite some time and I was told today that things are very bad (as in her last few days). So if you could please keep them in your prayers, I know it'd be appreciated. After that, we went to the grocery and then to Walmart. Oh I did buy gas. I was THRILLED to realized that since slowing down, I'm filling up about every 2 weeks now! Then I let the boys get cheeseburgers at McD's and we came home. I got everything put away and realized that we were missing the rediwhip!!!!!!! I had no intentions of going back into town until Monday and I need that rediwhip for the party on SATURDAY! So I call and it hadn't been turned in, but if I take my receipt in, they'd let me replace those items. That's great. But it was less than $5 in items and it was going to be way more than that in gas to get them! To top it off, Mat remembered that we didn't get sunscreen or bug spray (THE WHOLE REASON WE WENT!)! So I told him that he'd be using last year's bug'n'sun and deal w/it.

So I called DH and he was no where near that town adn didn't plan on it, but my neighbor goes there almost daily so I called her. Yup, she was going to go tomorrow and if Walmart was OK w/it, she'd gladly take care of it for me. I called and they said that as long as she had hte receipt, that was fine. Shew!

So I need to go check on the dryer and then play chess w/Mat.
