What a day!

Ok, today was supposed to be SIMPLE! DO Tball, go BY MYSELF to town adn get my pedicure and teh few things that I need from town and come home. Well Dh wanted to go and eat lunch out, etc. He rarely offers those things so I pounced on it. I called and we guessed at what time the game would be over so he could drop me off at hte beauty college. 1pm. The game went super fast and my neighbor (who took it upon himself to act as coach) told the other team good game so it was done earlier than expected. Fine. I tried to get in earlier (noon) at the beauty college and got a big fat no.:( So I went to eat and was VERY bad! I could not find Burger King's salad menu so I succumbed to chicken sandwich, fries AND a coke!!!! I was waiting for the lightening!ROTFL! Then to Meijer where I found my honey almonds right away and then to the bread store where I got a loaf of moldy bread. Grrrrrrr I saw the mold on one and exchanged it and thought I'd looked the other one over better. I should've just gotten a different kind altogether. Oh well. The dog will love it and not lack for fiber for the next couple of days. ;) Then to the beauty college and I have no idea what all the boys did.;) She was great and got me in and out quickly to boot! We stopped by the bulk food store on the way home and I got my 7 grain flour so I raced int he door and got hte bagel dough into rise. Then to follow DH on the tractor (I do not like him driving w/o a vehicle w/hazard lights following) down to the neighbor's to help them rototill (they needed our tiller) some landscaping that they were tearing up. We were than over an hour and then DH stopped by AW on the way home. His wife did not come out and I wante dot see if she had any strawberries left! Oh well. Then home and I got the bagels finished up--they look great! I think my best batch to date! It was imperative that I do them today cuz it's in the 60s (yes in JUNE!) and we haven't turned on our AC so the house wasn't an oven by the time I was done.

Then to eat supper. DH bought some ham salad at the bulk food store. ALong w/cheese curls and oatmeal whoopie pies!ROTFL! The boys don't like ham salad so they had hotdogs (we were striving high for nutrition today!LOL). DH and I thought the ham salad was watery and it quite sweet. I couldnt' find a nutritional content (it's made there) so no telling how much sugar was in it.

And now I'm up here getting my decoy mail entered and then off to read some more of my book......
