gorgeous night and party menu

I've been sitting on the porch swing enjoying it all!!!!!!!!! It's cool and low humidity here and perfect!

I came up w/a menu for my brother and SIL's bon voyage party. Stuff everyone will like. I need for DH to see how many he'll thinkt he ribs will feed so that I don't over buy chicken. He did say that we'll need rock salt for the homemade ice cream.

apetizers:

artichoke dip

sausage/cheese/salsa dip

tortilla chips

main event:

spare ribs

chicken breasts

pasta salad

strawberry salad (not sure what you call it, but it uses romaine lettuce, strawberries and honey almonds)

hot dogs for the boys

dessert:

homemade vanilla and chocolate ice cream w/ALL the sundae fixings!

drink:

mint tea

I have most of this stuff on hand already so it shouldn't cost tons. And providing the weather is nice, we'll be poolside for most of this anyway!
