Serious boot camp this am! I was sweating so much and it was great! I have a whole chicken in the cp and so salad most of the day for me--YUMMY! Tonight I'll have hot chicken and mandarin oranges on it! I bought those salad dressing spritzer things a while back and NEVER remember that I have them so I put one in the frig w/the other dressing so I don't forget!LOL It says 10 sprays/serving and that's 10 calories--so much less than traditional dressign! So we'll see if 10 is enuf or not!LOL

And w/supper taken care of, all I have left is to dust nad clean the bathrooms!

We have been eating our lettuce from the garden--YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
