Zoo day!

We just got back from the local zoo and it was nice! A gorgeous day and perfect for a picnic. They caught an escaping kid (goat) and got to bottle feed it. But Joey was WAY too quiet in the goat petting area and I found him playing in their water. Grrrrrr He rode home naked. AWW wasn't home so I didn't get my tomato starts either.

We did get a phone call that we won 3rd in the potting contest! They said my name, but I told Mat that it could been one of his flowers really.

So we are resting for a bit and then going out to trim all the bushes and get that cleaned up, water the pots (I have GOT to get my veggies planted pronto!) and I put a roast in the CP before we left so supper is basically done.

Update: Bushes are trimmed, stuff watered and lawn mowed.

My head is still pounding and I am going to bed. Yes, it's 8pm.
