baseball and colds....

Mat played the whole game last night and apparently so did the peewee boy, even tho we had 11 players without him.  And he was awarded the MVP ball for the night. Dh said that he didn't do anything worth meriting it! It actually sounds as if NO ONE did given that there was not ONE hit all night! The score was 14-2. I knew it was bad cuz they were home WAY early!LOL Mat said he had fun and that's really all that matters at this point.

And I'm definitely sick.:( I ate a tsp of garlic last night and again this morning. I did workout (studied have proven that it has no effect on recovery and I felt like moving a little bit) and then took out the mail and got the rags off of the tomato plants. I dont' know if it frosted last night, but I do need to get my boxes of plants out of hte garage to get some sun when it warms up. I checked and Mat still has plenty of alive tadpoles........should be a bumper crop of frogs.;)

So I've got my bfast and peppermint tea (thankfully I stashed a couple of boxes back and I'm VERY grateful!) and I'm goign back to bed for a bit.

Maybe you could try beachside rednecks blog. There is a recipe there today for colds.
