So much for a 'light' day of work.....

I'll admit to piddling this morning, but boy did I pay for it! I worked out and completely forgot to have the boys do history!

So we got that done and I showered all by noon!LOL I got the dough rising for the caramel sticky rolls. Then I made Joey's grilled cheese, Mat's pasta and my spinach salad. At that point, I needed to get the yardwork that I did not do yesterday done so I thinned the radishes and beets, cut the onion, garlic and chive tops and weeded the flowerbeds. That earned me a nice blister. While weeding, I realized that I never gave pigman a 'thank you' for the chickens and turkeys. So when I got in I defrosted a lb of beef to make them enchilada casserole. They'll also get a pint of homemade salsa and a bag of tortilla chips. While that meat and sauce cooked and simmered, I made the caramel sauce and got the rolls done and in the oven. Then I finished the casserole. I AM TIRED! I still need to make supper tonight too!:( I'm just too tired. I've not recovered from the weekend. Not even close..........
