Weekly menu

Sunday: cardboard pizza

Monday: spaghetti

Tuesday: ate out (I got a greek salad and fried mushrooms--YUMMY!)

Wednesday: chili (froze 2 meals of it too!)

Thursday: ham and veggie quiche

Friday: some recipe that I don't have the right pasta or cheese for so I'm using farfelle and cream cheese!LOL It also calls for proscuitto

Saturday: chili or lasanga (both in the freezer)--it's DH's call

Fried Mushrooms

Fried Mushrooms, Yummy!! :D I have some mushrooms in the fridge, I think you might have helped me decide what I want for lunch today! Salad and fried shrooms!! :D
