A great start today!

Well so much for sleeping in! I had both kids in my bed by 7:30!UGH! And Mat informed me that he had holes in his fitted sheet. They are 250 thread count sheets, but he's so restless that it's not a wonder. I took a peek and they are essentially threadbare right in the middle. The good news is that they are white (I put black and red satin ribbon around the tops of the flat sheet nad pillows cases to match his IH tractor room) so I can just buy a new fitted sheet for him. I zigzagged the holes together, but they aren't gogn to last long given the condition of the fabric.

So I did 3 loads of laundry today! I realized Joey wasn't going to have enuf clothes to make it until Tuesday so I did a load today to hold us over.

I also tried ot make 'whipped' cream cheese. I don't know if I have ever seen it, but I wanted it to go w/the cheesy herb rolls I made. So I just beat them and then added some half and half and whipped them a while. It's not airy by any means, but it is spreadable so I guess that will work. I'm wondering if I shouldn't have used my KA stand mixer fora  better result, but this was fine for today.

And I got the nicest card from an online friend in regards to Mikey! I know this sounds goofy, but that cat got me thru alot and I really appreciated it!
