Not me!LOL

I needed a snack to take to the cropping event tomorrow and there were 2 bananas taht needed used up and 2 apples that Joey had taken bites out of and refused to finish. So I chopped the apples up and then added them to the banana bread batter. I also added some flax meal! I got 1 loaf (for Sunday school), 12 mini muffins and 6 regular muffins to take to the indoor water park on Sunday.

My friend usually brings apples and dip to the scrapbook events, but she said she is bringing cranberry/apple muffins. So I decided to make some cheesy herb rolls. It's supposed to be bread, but I think I'm going to make 2 pans of rolls (it's still having it's first rising). We can have one tonight w/our beef stroganoff and a pan for tomorrow. I used 1/2 white adn 1/2 wheat floor and added cheese (it didn't call for it, but I thought it sounded good!LOL).

I was rather surprized w/myself given that I really just wanted to collapse. AND the Olympics is messing up the TV schedule so I got all frantic cuz Oprah was almost over (usually on at 4) adn then remembered they bumped her up to 3 for the Olympics!LOL She was having her debt diet adn I heard it was pretty ridiculousa nd not really relevant to most ppl and they were right. Those ppl were totally clueless..........
