Mat and the cottage cheese container.

I haven't stopped laughing ab out this since I heard it. Seriously. I know it won't sound funny, but if you knew Mat, it would. My mom had Joey at her house and my sister had Mat and R (my nephew) at her house (about 1/4 of mile apart). R will only eat a few food and cottage cheese is one of his all time favs and my sister was out. So they sent Mat down to mom's to get it and bring it back. Sounds very simple in theory. But it's been REALLY raining here and this one part of my parent's land floods (that you have to cross to get to their house). My brother and I used to get in our bathing suits as wee ones nad have a ball out there for HOURS! It's deep enuf to have a good time in. And on rock and grass so not super muddy. Yes, you know where this is going. About 10min after he was sent, my sister peeked out adn saw huge splashed and he was still HEADING towards mom's. Long after that she heard a knock at her front door. She opened the door and there stood Mat, sopping wet. Water was dripping off his hair, face and black shirt and jeans. I packed him rubber boots cuz I knew he'd wind up in the water one way or another. In his hands, he was holding out the cottage cheese container. There was cottage cheese and dirt on the OUTSIDE of the container. ANd curds hanging off of his black shirt!ROTFL!!!!!!!!!!!! As much as I hate hte Opie comparison, it TOTALLY fits!!!! She said that he was hanging his head and she asked what happened. Silence. Did you drop the container? nothing. Did you trip and fall? No,.........the contaitner MIGHT HAVE dropped 2 or 3 times. But the lid only came off once.   ROTFL!!!!!!!!! OMW! I had tears rolling down my face. But does the story stop there? NO! She sends him around to the back of her place to strip so she can wash the clothes and he can shower and his other clothes were at mom's so she got him a pair of her pants and a shirt. He showers, dresses and life moves on. At some point, the shirt got raised and my sister saw that he had put his leather belt back on!!!!! With these adidas stretch pants!ROTFL!!!!!!! PLus it was sopping wet! So now it was irritating his skin!LOLOLOLOLOLOL

Oh to have had a camera.......
